Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
This page describes, in plain language, how Wonda actually works. It's a working draft — have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer before treating it as your binding legal terms.
1. Accounts
Wonda accounts are created by a parent or legal guardian, who must be old enough to enter into this agreement. The parent is responsible for every child profile created under their account, and for keeping their login and each child's PIN reasonably private.
2. Plans & billing
Wonda offers a Free plan and three paid plans — Solo, Family, and Squad — which differ by how many child profiles they allow and all unlock the full curriculum. Paid plans are billed in Naira, monthly or yearly, through Paystack. You can cancel anytime from your billing page — you'll keep your plan's access until the end of the period you've already paid for. For billing questions, use the account you signed up with to reach us.
3. Acceptable use
- Use Wonda for personal, non-commercial learning by the children on your account.
- Don't attempt to bypass safety features, age-band restrictions, or content gating.
- Don't use the AI tutor to try to extract unsafe, harmful, or off-platform content.
- Don't copy, resell, or redistribute Wonda's course content.
4. The AI tutor
The AI tutor is a guided learning aid scoped to the lesson a child is in — it is not a general-purpose chatbot, and it can occasionally be wrong or incomplete, like any AI system. Parents can review every conversation and can turn the AI tutor off entirely from their dashboard.
5. Content & certificates
Courses, lessons, badges, and certificates are provided for personal learning use. Completion badges and certificates reflect activity on Wonda and aren't a substitute for formal accreditation.
6. Termination
You may stop using Wonda and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly anything that compromises child safety.
7. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
